ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in C.C.No.325 of 2009 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) I.P.C and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.10 of 2008, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.325 of 2009 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrat, Palani. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 04.10.2018. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him.
