ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner, seeking for a direction to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.17 of 2019 of District Crime Branch, Dindigul.

2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Dindigul, after concluding investigation in Crime No.17 of 2019, laid a charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul.

3.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
