2. Both the parties along with their learned counsel are present before this Court. It is reported that the dispute between the parties has been settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench. The Mediation and Conciliation Centre has also sent a report to that effect. Mr.Senthil Arumugam / appellant herein has handed over a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs only) by way of Demand Drafts in D.D.Nos.014368, 014369 and 014370 dated 29.03.2019, drawn in favour of the respondent herein. They have also filed a joint compromise memo.

3. In the light of the above fact that the matter was compromised between the parties, these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are disposed of on the terms of the compromise memo. The compromise memo dated 01.04.2019 shall form part of the decree. No costs.
