Hence, today the matter is posted under the caption "For Clarification." 2.Heard the counsel appearing on either side. As per the letter of the learned counsel for the appellant Insurance Company, permission is granted to withdraw the appeal. The letter, dated 30.03.2021 is recorded.
3.In view of that, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
