ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of IPC, in Crime No.1945 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused assembled for committing dacoity and prepare to commit the same. Hence, the present complaint.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

CRL OP(MD). No.22 of 2021 that only based on the confession of A1, he has been arrayed as A2. He further submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is aged about 22 years and he is having seven previous cases.
6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is having seven previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
7.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
