ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 120(B), 406 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is a case of job rocketing. Based upon the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner has given an undertaking to the effect that he will appear before the Investigating Officer, when ever required. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the enquiry is undergoing, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer and cooperate to complete the investigation. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
