COMMON ORDER These Criminal Revision Cases are filed against the order dated 03.10.2018 passed in Crl.M.P.Nos.2471 and 2472 of 2018 in Crime No.70 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The revision petitioners herein were granted anticipatory bail on 14.08.2018 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge,

Pudukkottai, on condition that they shall appear before the investigating officer daily and co-operate for the investigation. After complying the condition for nine days, the revision petitioners have failed to turn up which has prompted the prosecution to file the applications to cancel the bail. Accordingly, by an order dated 03.10.2018, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai, has cancelled the bail in the case registered against these revision petitioners/accused for the offence under Sections 341, 379 of IPC and 3(1) of PPDL Act. 4.Since they have failed to cooperate with the investigation by reporting themselves before the Investigating Officer, the Court below has rightly allowed the cancellation of bail petitions. This Court finds no reason to interfere with the orders of the Court below. Hence, these Criminal Revision Cases are dismissed.
