Jegadeeswaran, Advocate for the 1st Respondent and of Mr.K.Bhaskaran, Advocate for the 2nd Respondent, this Court made the following order:- On 11/02/2015, this Court disposed of this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal recording the compromise entered into between the parties to settle the claim for a sum of Rs.1 lakh. The claimant was permitted to withdraw Rs.25,000/- that was deposited before filing the appeal to the credit of MCO.No.96 of 2000 on the file of the Sub-Judge, Ramanathapuram, with accrued interest thereon if any. Further, the appellant has paid a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the claimant on 11/02/2015.

2.The matter is posted today for payment of the balance sum of Rs.50,000/-. Today, the appellant has paid the balance sum of Rs.50,000/- to the claimant before this Court. The claimant has made an endorsement that he has received Rs.50,000/- in the Court bundle and the same is also countersigned by learned counsel for the claimant. The said is record.
