ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, (ie.,05.01.2022) when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that neither any complaint nor any enquiry is pending against this petitioner.

2.Since, no enquiry is pending against the petitioner, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise. If the petitioner finds any trouble in future, he can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
