PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the Second Respondent to open his valid price bid submitted through his tender application on 21.12.2019 in connection with the work of Block Topping work at Sastha Kovil Road to Lakshmipuram in Mukkoodal Town Panchayat called by the Petitioner and further direct him to complete the tender process thereupon within the time as stipulated by this Court.
