Government Pleader COMMON ORDER The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw these writ petitions with liberty to file appeals before the appellate authority under Section 51 of the Tamil Nadu Value Added Tax Act, 2006. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the above said submission and endorsement, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file appeals before the appellate authority. If the petitioner files such appeals, the appellate authority shall consider the length of delay excluding the period spent in these writ petitions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
