ORDER : This civil miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.D.SIVARAMAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been file seeking orders to permit the petitioner to withdraw the entire award amount of Rs.1,25,000/- with accrued interest thereon deposited in the credit of M.C.O.P.No.290 of 2012 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Pudukkottai. 2.It is seen from the records that the main appeal itself was disposed of on 31.08.2015 and hence, keeping the above petition pending from 2015 would not serve any purpose.
