Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.C.V2/011/2018 dated 24.12.2020 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, violation of law and violation of principles of Natural Justice. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The petitioner is aggrieved against the order dated 24.12.2020 in Na.Ka.C.V2/011/2018 imposing penalty of Rs.11,800/- for alleged selling of liquor bottles with an additional sum of Rs.10/- over and above the retail price.

3.Today, when the matter came up for admission, Mr.H.Arumugam, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the impugned order dated 24.12.2020 has already been recalled on 01.01.2021.
