ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to cancel the property tax assessment standing in the name of the third respondent by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 11.11.2023.
2. Considering the fact that the representation of the petitioner dated 11.11.2023 has still not been considered by the second respondent and the same is pending before him, it would only be proper to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the third respondent. In view of the same, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

Since the representation of the petitioner dated 11.11.2023 is still pending consideration with the second respondent, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.11.2023 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the second respondent shall provide an opportunity of hearing to both the petitioner as well as the third respondent herein before passing any order.
