To allow this appeal and set aside the judgment and decree dated 12.01.2016 passed in M.C.O.P.No.217 of 2015 on the file the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Principal Sub-court, Kumbakonam. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.S.MATHIALAGAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 237 days in representing the appeal in C.M.A.(MD)No.SR18678 of 2018. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 3.In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the credit of the Honourable Chief Justice Relief Fund, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, on or before 18.02.2019, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
