JUDGMENT
When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the appeal has become infructuous since the document had already been released after payment of the demanded stamp duty. He had also circulated a letter dated 07.08.2024 to the Registry to withdraw the appeal. 2.In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
