ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that though process memo was filed for execution of conviction and sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Uthamapalayam, dated 17.10.2023 in S.T.C.No.14 of 2021, the respondent police has not taken any effective steps till date.

2. Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, Additional Public Prosecutor would contend that the accused would be arrested soon.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Inspector of Police, Chinnamanur Police Station, Uthamapalayam is directed to arrest the accused and execute the conviction and sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Uthamapalayam order dated 17.10.2023 in S.T.C.No.14 of 2021 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
