ORDER :This Appeal coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal, the order and Decree of the Lower Court and the material papers in the case, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.Dilip Kemar, learned Advocate for the Appellant, this Court while dismissing this Appeal, doth order and decree as follows: 1.That the order and decree dated 10.02.2017 made in G.W.O.P.No.271 of 2016 on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli, be and hereby are confirmed and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed;

2. That if there is any difficulty is implementing the impugned order it is open to the Appellant to approach the Family Court for necessary direction;

3 And that there be no costs in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
