ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Sivakasi (FAC), (Subordinate Judge, Virudhunagar), vide D.No.1024 dated 28/12/2020 this Court made the following order:

By order dated 06.03.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.62 of 2015, within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.1024/2020 dated 28.12.2020, wherein, the learned Judge has stated that the case is posted for defendant side argument and at that stage, impleading petition in I.A.No.539 of 2019 has been filed and now, the case is pending for enquiry in impleading petition and due to Covid-19 lockdown, the case could not be proceeded further and therefore, requested for extension of four months to comply with the above order dated 06.03.2020.

3.There is no objection on the side of the petitioners in extending the time limit.
