(1) That the award passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal cum Principal Districet Court Pudukkottai, dated 10.11.2008 and made in M.C.O.P.No.252 of 2006 be and hereby is confirmed and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed.

(2) That the Appeallant/Insurance Company be and hereby is directed to deposit the entire amount awarded by the Tribunal, with accrued interest and costs, less the amount already deposited, if any within a period of Eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this judgment;

(3) That on such deposit being made, the Respondents 1 to 3 herein/claimants be and are hereby permitted to withdraw their share

in the award amount less the amount already withdrawn, if any, together with proportionate interest and costs, as per the ratio of apportionment made by the Tribunal; and
