2. Mr.R.Saravana Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents.

3. Mr.P.P.Alwin Balan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Kabadi Game is to be conducted on 09.01.2021 and 10.01.2021 in Sriman Narayana Swami Kovil at Adayakarunkulam Village, Ambasamudram Taluk, Tirunelveli District. His further submission is that he has submitted a representation dated 14.12.2020 to the respondents seeking permission to conduct the said Game and so far, no action has been taken by the respondents.

4. In the circumstances, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as early as possible. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
