Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceeding of the Impugned Order in L.DIS.No.10986/2019/J1 dated 05.02.2020 on the file of the 1st Respondent and quash the same and further directing the 1st Respondent to revise the pension of the Petitioner based on the proceeding in Na.Ka.No.10986/J2/2019, dated 11.12.2019, on the file of the 1st Respondent with all consequent and attendant benefits. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate, for the respondents.

2.The petitioner's request for revision of the pension has been rejected through the impugned order dated 05.02.2020. Challenging the same, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Today, when the matter was listed, Mrs.VPM.Vaishnavi, learned Government Advocate, representing the respondents submitted on oral instructions that the first respondent herein is willing to reconsider the petitioner's request made in his representation, dated 21.08.2020, and therefore, the matter can be remanded back. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and by taking note of the instructions given by the first respondent to the learned Government Advocate, the present impugned order is set aside and the matter is remanded back to the first respondent herein for fresh consideration. The first respondent herein shall take into account the petitioner's representations, dated 14.10.2018 and 21.08.2020, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.86 of 2021 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
