For Petitioner : Mrs.P.Jessi Jeeva Priya For R1 to R5, R7 : Mr.M.P.Senthil COMMON ORDER This Civil Revision Petitions have been filed to set aside the Order dated 14.11.2019 passed in E.A.No. 2 of 2019 in E.P.No.68 of 2011 in O.S.No.267 of 2007 and also to set aside the Order dated 06.12.2019 passed in E.P.No.68 of 2011 in O.S.No.267 of 2007, on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Nagercoil. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

C.M.P.(MD) No.262 of 2020 3.E.P No.68 of 2011 in O.S.No.267 of 2007 was filed for delivery of property. The Hon'ble Supreme Court, by Order dated 17.01.2020 in SLP(C) No.636 of 2020, granted six (6) months time to the petitioner to vacate the premises. Now, the time is lapsed. Therefore, the revision petitioner could not file the civil revision petitions, against the Order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 4.With the above observations, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
