RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16858 of 2021 dated 24.11.2021 and allow the waive appearance before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.K.SAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16858 of 2021 on 24.11.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

CRL MP(MD) No.283 of 2022 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16858 of 2021 on 24.11.2021 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
