ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police to provide police protection for constructing the petitioner's house.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the petitioner has also completed the construction.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
