ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti, to dispose of the A.S.No. 34 of 2019 on 1/4
its file within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Expressing grievance over the pendency of the appeal without any progress for more than four years, this petition has been filed. This appeal has been filed against the Judgment and decree passed in O.S.No. 59 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif, Kovilpatti. The suit is of the year 2013 and the appeal is of the year 2019. 3.Considering the oldness of the matter, there shall be a direction to the appellate Court namely learned Sub Judge, Kovilpatti, to expedite the proceedings in A.S.No.34 of 2019 pending on his file and dispose of the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
