C O M M O N O R D E R After the matter was argued for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw these petitions, with liberty to raise all contentions before the trial Court. He also made an endorsement to that effect. He also submits that since the petitioner is aged about 66 years, his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate may be dispensed with.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner's appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate is dispensed with on all hearing dates except when his presence is required for the progress of the trial. If the petitioner does not comply with any of the directions of the learned Judicial Magistrate, this order passed by this Court will lose its efficacy.
