O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.6 of 2018, dated 04.09.2018 and also to file a final report within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation has been substantially completed in Crime No.06 of 2018 and the first respondent Police is preparing to file charge sheet before the concerned Court.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. However, the first respondent Police is directed to file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
