Review Application filed under Order 47 Rule 1 and 2 R/W Section 114 of CPC to review the order dated 17.06.2021 made in Tr.CMP.(MD) No.202 of 2021 and allow the Review Application. Prayer in TR CMP(MD). 202/ 2021 :

Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to withdraw and Transfer the HMOP No.65 of 2019 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Tiruchendur, Turicorin District, to Family Court at Madurai, and pass such further orders or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER

(The case was heard through Video Conferencing) This application has been filed to review the order dated 17.06.2021 made in Tr.CMP.(MD)No.202 of 2021 and allow the Review Application.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that due to non appearance of the applicant on 17.06.2021, the above Tr.CMP was allowed on that date and hence, he seeks interference of this court to review the said order dated, 17.06.2021.

3. In spite of the name of the applicant being printed in the cause list on 17.06.2021, there was no representation for the applicant on that day. In this review application, no valid reason or explanation is given for such non appearance. Further, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

REV.APLC(MD)No.85 of 2021 order, allowing the Tr.CMP, was passed considering the reasons stated by the Respondent herein. Hence, there is no need to interfere with the order passed in the Tr.CMP. Accordingly, this review application is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
