Though the case was placed before me on 02.07.2021, 14.07.2021, 22.07.2021 and on 09.08.2021, the learned counsel for the appellant was not ready for arguments. Hence, the matter is posted on 18.08.2021, under the caption "for arguments or for orders". Even today (i.e.18.08.2021), there was no representation on behalf of the appellant.

3.In the above circumstances, there is no use in keeping the Appeal pending any further. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
