This appeal is directed against the judgment and decree passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (II Additional District Judge) at Tiruchirappalli in M.C.O.P.No. 1192 of 1996. 2.It appears that aggrieved over the award passed by the Tribunal in M.C.O.P.No.1192 of 1996, the respondents 3 and 4 in the claim petition have preferred this appeal.
