This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.132 of 2021, pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that after completing the investigation, as per Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.176, dated 05.04.2022, the case in Crime No.132 of 2021 was ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is 2/4

dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
