JUDGMENT

The present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed, against the Judgment and decretal order dated 16.08.2011 in G.W.O.P.No.85 of 2009 on the file of Principal District Judge, Tuticorin. 2.Heard Mr.Rajasekar, learned Counsel appearing for the appellant, Mr.B.Rajesh Saravanan, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3.Since the son of appellant namely, Arjun Sriram @ Venkatraman attained the age of majority, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal becomes infructuous.

4.Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
