ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2025 without any delay and without the consent of the 5th respondent to save the life of the petitioner's brother, which is under threat due to procedural formalities.

2. Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition has been taken up for final disposal in the admission stage itself.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation to the fourth respondent on 30.12.2025 for the purpose of donating her organ to his brother. Since the petitioner's brother is in critical stage, this Writ Petition has been filed. 2/6

5. However, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2025 is yet to be received by the fourth respondent. Considering the medical urgency, he would submit that even if a physical copy of the representation is handed over to the fourth respondent, that will be duly considered and appropriate orders will be passed.

6. I have given due consideration to the submissions made on either sides.

7. Since the representation dated 30.12.2025 is yet to be received by the fourth respondent, taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner's brother is in critical stage and the petitioner being a blood relation is willing to donate her organ, the petitioner is directed to submit a physical copy of representation to the fourth respondent forthwith. On receipt of the same, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in respect of granting permission to the petitioner to donate her organ to her brother, within a period of five working days from today.
