This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to stay the operation of impugned Combined Seniority List released by the second respondent in TNSTCMadurai Region Seniority Checking List for Special Grade Conductors L6 and L5 as on 01.02.2024 for filling up the post of checking Inspector by way of promotion under 75% quota.
