ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to direct the first respondent to take a necessary action against the third respondent for his misconduct and protect the petitioner and his business.

2.According to the petitioner, the third respondent is causing much interference in the petitioner's business. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the third respondent is transferred from Usilampatti Police Station and now, such incidents are not happening.

W.P.(MD)No.53 of 2020 4.In such view of the matter, no further order is required in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
