ORDER

The petition is filed to direct the first and second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner so as to ensure a peaceful fearless life by doing his fishing activities by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 09.12.2022. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 3 and 4 do not have any right, title or interest in his fishing boat have trespassed into the boat and have also taken some articles. According to the petitioner, the same amounts to criminal offence.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on preliminary enquiry, the response police have found that the respondents 3 and 4 are also partners and the dispute is one with reference to the partnership and therefore, close the complaint. 4.In that view of the matter, giving liberty to the petitioner to take such steps as may be permissible under law as against such closure 2/4

report.
