ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the second respondent to file the final report.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that final report was filed as early as on 22.07.2017 and that it is yet to be taken on file.

3. The jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to take a call in the matter on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the final report is not available before the court, the second respondent shall file a fresh report forthwith and without any delay.
