2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.14183 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pudukottai on 30.01.2023 and thereafter, appear before the trial Court, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate, without fail.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
