O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner seeks issuance of separate patta in his favour in respect of the petition mentioned property. The learned Additional Government Pleader states that the enquiry is now pending with the first respondent.

4. The first respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry and pass final order pass final order on merits and in 2/4

5. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice before passing final order. It is for the first respondent to pass order one way or the other.
