This Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C. Praying this Court, to direct the Learned I-Additional District and Sessions Judge(PCR) Court,Thanjavur to consider the bail application to be filed by the Petitioner on the same day on his surrender in connection with Cr.No.481 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd Respondent.
