RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honoruable Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.17695 of 2018 dated 04/10/2018 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.SANKARA PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.ASOKAN,Government Advocate (Crl Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17695 of 2018 on 04.10.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.17695 of 2018 on 04.10.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.17695 of 2018 on 04.10.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative weeks (i.e.,) on first Monday and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
