This petition has been filed seeking direction to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge in Cr.M.P.No.4191 of 2019 dated 05.12.2019 with regard to not to enter the petitioner to Theni District

2. This petition for modification has been filed before this Court directly without approaching the concerned court which has granted bail.

3. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial court seeking for direction to modify the condition. If the same is rejected by the concerned court, the petitioner can very well approach this Court.
