ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to transfer the investigation in Crime No.330 of 2022 from the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent and consequently, direct the third respondent to conduct proper investigation in an expeditious manner within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,05.01.2023), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
