ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioners by the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, in S.C.No.22 of 2013, dated 07/11/2025 and to enlarge the petitioners on bail pending disposal of the criminal appeal.

2.The petitioners stand convicted and sentenced as under:- Section of Law Sentence of imprisonment Fine amount 302 IPC Life Imprisonment Rs.1,000/-, in default to undergo 6 months RI 341 IPC One month SI Rs.500/-, in default to undergo one week SI 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4.The petitioners have failed to make out a prima facie case for grant of suspension of sentence, hence we are of the opinion that it is not a fit case for grant of suspension of sentence to the petitioners. 5.Accordingly this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
