When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the State has preferred an appeal before the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.(MD).No.299 of 2020 and the Division Bench of this Court has also granted interim stay on 26.02.2020.
