JUDGMENT

This Appeal is filed against the order, dated 12.09.2011, made in G.O.P.No.29 of 2009, on the file of the Principal District Judge, Dindigul.

2. On the side of the appellant, it is stated that the matter involved is Guardianship of a minor and that now, the minor attained majority and the appellant herein is dead and hence, the appeal is to be dismissed as infructuous.

3. A perusal of the records reveals that the minor was born on 07.02.2003. Considering the date of birth and considering the submission made by the appellant's counsel, this Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
