Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 2.The petitioner alleges that the petition mentioned idol has gone missing and was replaced. The petitioner gave a complaint dated 30.10.2021. Since no action was taken, this writ petition came to be filed. The respondents have filed their counter affidavit controverting the petition averments.
