Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.APPADURAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.ASOKAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14680 dated 28.09.2018 on deposit of a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- into the crime number before the Judicial Magistrate Court. Even, the petitioner got extension of time for two times in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.7709 of 2018 and Crl.M.P.(MD).No.8907 of 2018, he was unable to arrange the deposit amount of Rs.3,50,000/-. Therefore, he was unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.14680 of 2018 dated 28.09.2018. Hence, the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 28.09.2018 in Crl.O.P.No. 14680 of 2018 is extended further for a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that no more extension of time would be granted. If the petitioner will not produce the sureties within the stipulated time, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall stands automatically cancelled.
