2.The case is of the year 2013 and is pending for the past eight years. Though the case was placed before me on 01.07.2021, 14.07.2021, 03.08.2021, 19.08.2021 and on 13.09.2021, the learned counsel for the appellant was not ready for arguments. Hence, the matter is posted on 04.10.2021, under the caption "for arguments or for orders". When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.04.10.2021), though the learned counsel for the appellant is present, he is not ready for arguments.

3.In the above circumstances, there is no use in keeping the Appeal pending any further. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
